  ConferencingCompany respects the rights of privacy of visitors to our website and wants to assure you that your privacy is our concern. We have instigated our Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate this commitment to your privacy. ConferencingCompany wants you to feel confident about the privacy and security of both your company and personal information.

The information that you provide for your conferencing account as well your Hyatt Hotels and Resorts “We Appreciate You Point ™” program is used internally solely for purposes of providing you the services.

ConferencingCompany may ask you for personally identifiable information such as your name, telephone number or email address. We use this information to help maintain accurate accounts and provide the services you have requested. Once you register on the ConferencingCompany web site and sign in for our services, you are no longer anonymous to us. Any details that you provide to us are stored for use on future visits, as we do not want you to give us any information more than once. Personally identifiable information may be combined with other information about your use of our site in order to improve our services and products. Some examples of how we might use your personal information include:
  • Our server will recognize your domain name and may recognize the pages that you visit. This data is gathered for quality control and improvement of our site.
  • When an email is sent to us, we will use your email address in order to respond to your inquiry.
  • We collect information that you volunteer to us on surveys, contests, the Hyatt Hotels and Resorts incentive program and registration sites.
We ask for your email address in order to communicate with you about your account and other ConferencingCompany related services and products. We may occasionally contract with third parties to provide additional services for our users. This could include services of an e-mail or fax provider that could mail or fax information for our company. User information may need to be shared for you to receive the content that you have subscribed for on our website. If you do not wish us to share that information, please email us and your wishes will be respected.

We collect and retain the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail; the e-mail addresses of those who become members at our website; user-specific information on what pages users access or visit; and information volunteered by the user, such as survey information and/or site registrations.The information we collect may be used to improve the content of our website, customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, notify consumers about updates to our website and contact members for marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please contact us to that effect.

If you supply us with your postal address online, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services, upcoming events or the Hyatt Hotels and Resorts incentive program. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please email us your wishes and they will be respected.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online may be contacted by telephone with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, please communicate with us by email or phone stating your wishes.

When submitting a credit card order online to us, A+ Conferencing may submit information to the credit institution for normal, routine processing. Neither ConferencingCompany nor A+ Conferencing share credit history or credit card information with other unaffiliated companies or third parties, unless compelled by law or court order to do so. We respect the privacy of users visiting the ConferencingCompany website and do not share any personally identifiable information with any unaffiliated third parties.

When you register to use any of our services and products, we or A+ Conferencing will send you a confirmation of your registration indicating the personal information that was obtained from your registration. Your registration will be treated as consent to our using your personal and anonymous information in the manner described in this Policy.

You may review or update the available personally identifiable information that we have received from you online. To better safeguard your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to your information on file.


We reserve the right to disclose user information in special cases, such as when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our website, services, rights or property. We may disclose user information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or if ConferencingCompany sells all or a portion of its business or engages in a merger or other corporate transaction, so long as the buyer or surviving entity agrees to keep such information confidential under similar terms as stated herein.

We store your sensitive information in secure operating environments that are not available to the general public. We have taken all necessary safeguards and security measures to protect your privacy. However, you recognize and accept that under the current technology, where ConferencingCompany or A+ Conferencing sometimes uses technical protective security programs in conjunction with its services, that neither ConferencingCompany nor A+ Conferencing, Inc. in any way whatsoever provide or imply an absolute warranty of security and protection to you.

  While ConferencingCompany protects your privacy and data, we want you to be aware that any time you participate in a conference, the Moderator and/or a third-party to the conference may record the session for their own purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded you may wish to inform the moderator of that fact prior to the conference.  
By using our website and/or submitting personal information to us, you signify your assent to the ConferencingCompany Privacy Policy. ConferencingCompany reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our website following such changes will be deemed your acceptance to such changes.
