LETTER FROM THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE

We at the Conferencing Company.com wanted to design a client loyalty program that showed you in concrete terms that we value YOU – THE CLIENT. As such, our recently announced strategic alliance with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts provided a mechanism to do just that! We named our program the We Appreciate You Point (WAYP) program to make our message clear. We understand that you have a choice, any we appreciate that you chose us! Since we respect you and wish to make participation in the program a positive experience, we have taken great pains to assure that there are few if any restrictions or blackout periods in the use of the reward points.

The Hyatt certificates which you earn by using our high quality suite of conferencing products may be used for either lodging or dining at Hyatt Hotels and Resorts on a worldwide basis. We have designed a program that we hope you will agree brings an innovative “twist” to marketing our services.

You are invited to learn more about our high quality suite of conferencing products and the “We Appreciate You Point”™ program – and also – tell your business friends and earn extra points!

HOW THE “WE APPRECIATE YOU POINT”™ PROGRAM WORKS

Upon joining the program, an account will be established for each client. Accounts can be established for entire companies or individual accounts can be established for individual departments or people within a company or firm.

In order to provide for client security and privacy, each account will be accessed by the use of a password and pin number. Initially, accounts will be updated twice a month based on paid minutes of conferencing services. Clients will be able to claim their awards on the web site.

Clients will earn one base point for each minute of paid audio, web and video conferencing. In addition, clients will be eligible for bonus points to speed the reward process. For example, to “get the ball rolling” bonus points will be earned for signing the initial service agreement and additional bonus points will be earned when the client makes and pays for their first call – that in addition to the minute points earned in the base program. New clients will receive 500 bonus points when they execute a service agreement and an additional 500 bonus points when they have made and paid for their first conference call, in addition to the points they earn as a result of the minutes on the call.

We want to create some “buzz”. Refer a client and earn bonus points - we will award 500 points for each new client that you refer, and an additional 1,000 points after they have made and paid for their first conference call.

Clients may use their WAYP to earn three types of Hyatt Certificates – Hyatt Check Certificates, Hyatt Stay Certificates, and Hyatt Weekend Certificates. To learn more about the list of Hyatt Hotels and Resorts where these certificates can be used, please click here Hyatt
